Rent a cough

Landlord: You must pay the rent!
Tenant: But I CAN'T pay the rent.
Landlord: You MUST pay the rent!!
Tenant: But I can't PAY the rent.
Landlord: You MUST PAY the RENT!
Hero: I'll pay the rent!
Tenant: My hero!!!

I've always wanted to have my own business but I never thought I'd be a landlord. How things change. I found out today from the park managers that they just changed the rules. We are now allowed to rent out our mobile homes! It's my ticket to MOOOOVE!!! *does happy dance*

Weight Watchers success! A total of 15 lbs lost as of today! Now to get rid of this cough. It's draining all my energy. I haven't felt like indulging in any of my favorite obsessions. I've been watching TV! HGTV and TLC. But now that I can picture a future beyond this trailer park I can take in all these design & decorating shows as educational; information I can use in a REAL house!
